Shipping
Hey, thank you for shopping with GiGi Royals! We hand- blend, pack, label and ship the products ourselves, due to everything being done by one person please allow 2-4 days for processing and 1-3 work days for shipping within Europe. If this time frame has passed and you still have not received your order please contact us at Info@gigiroyals.com.
Parcels are shipped by PostNL, DPD or DHL. A tracking number will be sent to you by email when your order is dispatched. All deliveries will need to be signed for, failure to sign for the delivery may result in the package being sent back to your local postal depot for collection.
Refund policy
We at GiGi Royals pride in our high levels of customer satisfaction. We maintain a very high level of quality control whilst ensuring that our customers receive nothing short of the finest quality of products. All our products are handmade by us.
As part of our quality assurance measures, every order is thoroughly inspected before shipping in order to maintain the luxury requirements for our customers.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds are not allowed, however exchanges may be accepted subject to the terms and conditions below:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We take the necessary precautions to ensure your items arrive to you as safely as possible. However on rare occasions items may be damaged during transit. If your items have arrived damaged please send us an email at info@gigiroyals.com quoting your order number.
